Now that you have a better idea of where to get married in Silicon Valley, it’s important to remember that you will need to apply for a marriage license from the County of Santa Clara. The Clerk-Recorder’s Office is located at 70 W Hedding 1st Floor East Wing, San Jose, CA 95110 and is open from Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM. Make sure to arrive early as you must submit your marriage license application by 4:15 PM to be processed before the office closes.
